Welcome! We want everyone to have a fun, safe experience. Please keep these quick tips in mind during your visit:

General Safety

• Follow event signs and staff instructions.
• Stay clear of train tracks & restricted areas.
• Keep walkways and exits clear.
• Report emergencies or lost children to staff/police right away.

Outdoor & Weather Tips

• Dress for the weather.
• Stay hydrated — water stations available!
• Use sunscreen, hats, and find shade when needed.
• In case of severe weather, follow announcements and move to designated shelters.

Health Precautions

• Wash or sanitize hands often (stations provided).
• Don’t attend if you’re feeling sick.
• First Aid stations are staffed & marked — know their location.

Food & Beverages

• Eat and drink only from licensed vendors.
• Please use trash & recycling bins to keep our town clean.

Families & Children

• Always supervise children.
• Take a photo of your child that morning.
• Consider a wristband/tag with your phone number for little ones.

Emergency Info

• Police, Fire & EMS are on-site.
• Dial 911 for emergencies.
• Event staff wear identifiable shirts/badges — ask if you need help.
