VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES
Brunswick Railroad Days is a long‑standing, family‑friendly festival that celebrates our town’s rich railroad heritage while showcasing the creativity, craftsmanship, and small businesses that make our community unique. We welcome a diverse mix of vendors who enhance the overall experience for our thousands of annual attendees. We are seeking vendors in the following categories:
Artisans & Crafters Handmade and original goods are a cornerstone of Railroad Days. We are especially interested in artists and makers offering items such as artwork, photography, jewelry, woodwork, metalwork, textiles, home décor, railroad‑themed creations, and other one‑of‑a‑kind pieces.
Food & Beverage Vendors From festival favorites to unique local flavors, food vendors play a major role in Railroad Days. We welcome food trucks, specialty food vendors, snack and dessert vendors, and beverage vendors that can accommodate a large, fast‑paced crowd while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Nonprofits & Community Organizations Local nonprofits, civic groups, and community organizations are encouraged to participate. Railroad Days is a great opportunity to share your mission, engage with the public, recruit volunteers, and connect with residents and visitors.
Merchants & Small Businesses We invite small businesses offering unique retail products or services that are appropriate for a family‑oriented event. Vendors should provide an engaging booth setup and products that align with the character and atmosphere of the festival.
Railroad‑Related & Educational Vendors Vendors with a connection to railroad history, model trains, transportation, local history, or educational displays are especially encouraged, as they help tell the story of Brunswick’s deep ties to the B&O Railroad. All vendors should be prepared for a high‑traffic, outdoor event and share our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Priority may be given to vendors offering handmade, locally produced, or railroad‑themed goods, as well as those that add variety to the festival.
Due to the nature of Railroad Days and in an effort to maintain a balanced vendor mix, participation by political vendors is limited to four spaces. This will be the final year political booths are permitted, as the event is transitioning to a vendor‑market‑only format.
